Bookings

You are welcome to email or phone to create a booking, and once made we will email you a confirmation email which will give some extra information and the total price of the stay. You can also make a booking via our online form, which can be found here.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, first check your “Spam” folder, and if you cannot find it there, please get in touch and we will send you another one.

It is important to double-check your bookings and corresponding confirmation emails to ensure we have a kennel available for your pet.

Over peak times, such as school holidays or festivals, it is recommended you book at least six months in advance to ensure a space will be available for your pet. We do have cancellation lists in place when we become fully booked, but we can never predict kennel availability or guarantee space for your pet.
